SROL Women Initiative Programme
SROL Women Initiative Program (SWIP) is an empowerment program designed to promote businesses of female entrepreneurs in different sectors. It was initially targeted at agriculture-based activities but it is has been reviewed to include other business types like sewing, hairdressing, food vending and the like. SWIP targets to empower 10 women each, from all three of SROL host communities on a yearly basis. The maiden edition was held in July 2021, with a total of 30 beneficiaries presented from the three communities who will be equipped with various items to promote their businesses.
